Civil Labourer / Mobile Plant Operator

Pandanus Workforce is currently seeking an experienced Indigenous Civil Labourer / Multi-Skilled Operator for an ongoing infrastructure project based at Hartwood, NSW.

We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused candidate who can work across both labouring and plant operation duties, including operating Excavators and Telehandlers within an active civil construction environment.

This role offers consistent hours, ongoing work and the opportunity to join a supportive project team delivering critical infrastructure works.

About the Role

You will be involved in a variety of civil construction activities including:

• General civil labouring duties
• Operating Excavators and Telehandlers
• Assisting with earthworks and site preparation
• Loading, unloading and moving materials
• Working around underground services and live construction activities
• Supporting supervisors and project crews as required
• Maintaining a safe and productive work environment

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

• Previous experience within civil construction projects
• Excavator operating experience
• Telehandler ticket and operating experience
• Construction White Card
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Physically fit and capable of labouring duties when required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

Highly Regarded

• Additional machinery tickets
• HR or MR Driver’s Licence
• Experience working on roads, renewable energy or infrastructure projects
• GPS machine experience
• First Aid certification
